From Berlin to Beijing

I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to be in China for two weeks now!
My husband and me are taking the plane from Berlin to Beijing today. You probably know you can't use sites like Blogspot, Twitter or Facebook in China, so most likely you won't hear from me for a while. :(

I will only try to post on this site in German while I'm there: http://blog.sina.com.cn/juliazaizg

My husband and I are planning to celebrate our wedding a second time with his family in China on 31th December, which is also the day when we became a couple and, one year later, got engaged. So yeah, it's really nice to also get married on this special day. :)

Our wedding is also the reason why I went to the hair salon yesterday to get a new hair color.
If you follow my blog you might know that my hair first was really blonde and then I dyed it dark brown... but for my wedding pictures I wanted to have a nice light caramel shade.

So I decided to get my hair done and I'm really surprised how great it turned out!

It is really worth to spend more money on dying your hair instead of using many cheap drugstore products, which totally damaged my hair. -_- *lesson learned*

Ok I need to go now... we're driving to Berlin now to catch our plane at 19.45... see you in two weeks! I promise to make a blog post about China when I'm back! (○´∀`)

Berlin

Yesterday my husband and I were in Berlin to go shopping and eating in a restaurantー♪

When we arrived in Berlin we saw the christmas market and Berlin's infamous christmas tree, which is made of garbage...

Some christmas decorations

Disney christmas decoration! ヽ(^◇^*)/

Entry hall of "Ka De We" shopping mall.

Then we finally went to the Chinese restaurant!

We drank Chrysanthemum tea, my favourite tea ever!

Taro rolls and jiaozi in chili oil. Both were so yummy! I love jiaozi but it was my first time to try the taro rolls and they so good! Outside they are crispy and inside they have a soft, sweet filling.

This is the filling of the taro rolls. It's purple and kinda tastes like bean paste, very sweet!

 Shao Mai

This is meat with sticky sweet sauce, but the ourside is very crispy!

Egg tarts! I love them so much! ヽ(*´∀`)ノ They have a sweet hot egg cream inside, so yummy!

Rice and eggplant.

After finishing our meal we went shopping again. It became dark very early.

And here are the two things I found:

 A bleack warm "Berlin" scarf.

And a black/white sweater from Tommy Hilfiger. It's great fpr cold weather and super comfortable!

We wanted to eat at KFC in the eveing but we were too full from the Chinese food. -_-
By the way, I finally bought my first alpaca plushies online! It's a set with three "baby alpacas" which are 10cm small. They are light pink, beige and white. I am so looking forward o getting them! Here is a picture:

ヽ( ´ ∇ ` )ノ

But I still hope I will have a big one later!

Two little purchases and UFO-Catcher

Today at school my friend and I drank mulled wine, because they sell it right next to our school. :D
It wasn't that bad because we only had 2 lessons and we usually never do this.
After school I went to the city to buy a surprise for my beloved guinea pigs:

It's a toy, a gnawing stone and some snacks.

After that, I went to a stationary shop and bought two black fineliners. I want to draw more often and I need these to draw the black outlines after making a sketch.

I walked past the UFO catchers on the christmas market and noticed they had Doraemon plushies! I never played UFO catcher before, but this time I wanted to give it a try.

And I really won!

This made me so happy! I went home with a smile on my face, because winning this plushy made me so proud. :D

In the evening my hubby and I went grocery shopping and now we are playing Skyward Sword again, like we always do. ^-^

Finally got money today

After months of waiting I finally got my money today!
So my friend and I went shopping and to the christmas market together~

I bought this cute bracelet at Bijou Brigitte because I loved the different pendants. The big round one is actually a locket, so you can put a photo of your dear in it.

This bag is from MANGO. It was just time for a new hand bag!

In the evening my husband and me were eating at a Chinese restaurant.
Now we are playing The Legend of Zelda - Skyward Sword together.

See you next time, bai bai!

Last day with my sister

Today was the last day with my sister before she leaves again.

We went to eat Asian food and go shopping, but didn't spend a lot of money... I found it more important to talk and laugh with her. She bought something for me though:

A pink poinsettia with golden glitter (real one)!

In Germany many people like this plant for christmas time, but usually it's red.

I fell in love with the pink one and I was so happy about it!

This is a perfume my sister gave me because I loved it so much on her (it wasn't expensive so she gave it to me)... it smells really nice and feminine!

The best gift was this little snow globe.
It says "ou're special" and I bought one for her that says "Special sister". ♡♡♡

Today was really nice and I promised that Xin and me would visit her soon!

Halloween

Did you celebrate Halloween yesterday?
Mine was really funny!

My sister made this pumpkin! I think it's the best one I have seen in our neihbourhood!

My nephew and my niece dressed up as a witch and pirate. And my little baby niece had the cutest costume - she was dressed as a pumpkin! ♥

Together with Xin, my sister, her husband, my brother and his wife we went from house to house with the three kids and it was soooo cute! Many people gave them candy and were really nice and funny!

I'm pretty happy that October is over, because my birthday is in November. =D

Now I must get ready.

Today I'm going shopping with my sister, because tomorrow she will leave again.
So this is the last day I can see her. =(

Some purchases and I dyed my hair

Today I went to the hairdresser and also bought some little make up things.
Let me know if you want a review about any of the products!

Catrice Defining Duo Blush 030 "Pink Grapefruit Shake"

The color is really lovely and intense, love it!
This blush costs about 3,95 Euro.

I needed a new face powder and this one ("translucent" from essence) is really light and only costs like 2,95Euro I think.

Catrice Lipgloss with glitter, it's quite long-lasting and without color.

And I dyed my hair!

I used the new Sublime Mousse from L'Oreal, color number 62 which is supposed to be a cool light brown.

This was my hair before dying

After... it's  really dark. @.@ It almost looks black!
But it's not a long-lasting hair dye so I think it will fade after washing...

With my green Doraemon. :'D

Baibai thanks for reading!

Balea limited edition "Momente zum Wohlfühlen"

Today I bought myself a little gift. :D

Note: This one time I will write in German because the products are only abvailable in Germany anyway.

Shower gel, body lotion and lip balm with cinnamon and vanilla scent.
